At Art of Hope, all products are made to order and printed on demand. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at david.ellis541@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will arrange a free reprint or refund at our discretion, in accordance with our print partner's quality guarantee.
Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
